摘要: Metabolic syndrome (MetS) as a collection of obesity-associated disorders is associated with inflammation, oxidative stress, pro-thrombotic state, elevated risk developing cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. Adiponectin one the most abundant peptide hormones derived from adipose tissue. This protein plays major role in glucose lipid metabolism prevents development vascular changes. Anti-oxidative anti-inflammatory effects are other features adiponectin. Hypoadiponectinemia hypertension state. In this review, we discuss crucial adiponectin prevention metabolic considering its on components syndrome. Pharmacological interventions lifestyle modification may increase plasma level or tissue sensitivity which seems to be promising target for therapeutic approaches MetS related diseases.
