摘要: Extracellular ATP and its hydrolysis product, adenosine, acting through specific receptors collectively named purinergic receptors, regulate female fertility by influencing the endometrial fluid microenvironment. There are four major groups of ecto-nucleotidases that control levels extracellular adenosine thus their availability at receptors: ecto-nucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolases (E-NTPDases), ecto-nucleotide pyrophosphatase/phospho-diesterases (E-NPPs), ecto-5′-nucleotidase (5′NT), alkaline phosphatases (APs). The aim present work is to characterize expression distribution in human endometrium along menstrual cycle after menopause, evaluate potential utility as markers. We examined proliferative, secretory atrophic endometria from women without pathology undergoing hysterectomy. show mainly epithelia, both luminal glandular, fluctuates also changes menopause. An important result was identifying NPP3 a new biological marker tubal metaplasia. Our results emphasize relevance study signaling fertility.
