摘要: Tests for estrogen (ER) and progesterone (PR) receptors, c-erbB-2, p53 Bcl-2 were made on paraffin sections of thirty-three cases invasive micropapillary carcinoma (MPCa) the breast. The relations between these proteins general parameters patients' evolution, analyzed their statistical significance determined by Fisher's exact test. Follow up was available twenty one patients whom thirteen alive after a mean sixty months. Tumor size, metastatic nodes, c-erbB-2 all showed higher values in dead patient group, but only nuclear grade extensive lymphatic vessel invasion (LVI) statistically significant prognostic factors. Hormone receptors oncogenes positive quite similar figures to those common breast cancers (NOSCa) offered supplementary information about differentiation cell atypia individual cancers. Accordingly, ER (72.7%), PR (45.4%) (69.6%) directly interrelated inversely related with grade, mitotic (36.3%) (12.1%). In conclusion, MPCa is lymphotropic cancer phenotype whose prognosis can be influenced known factors, including molecular. lack discriminative power NOSCa ER, PR, p53, reinforces importance recognizing this particular type cancer.
