摘要: Nanocomposites of conducting polyaniline with CdS nanoparticles have been synthesized via in situ by o xi- dizing the complex aniline cad miu m sulfate at 3.5 p H. The effect CdS-nanoparticles on electrical conductivity was discussed. as prepared products were characterized FT-IR and Transmission electron Microscopy. FTIR absorption band 3600 - 3500 cm -1 confirmed highly attached nanoparticles. TEM showed part icles are spherical average diameter 19 n which evenly distributed poly mer matrix. uniform intercalation results a cooperative phenomenon between nanoparti- cles, consequence, increased nanocomposite to 6.50x10 -2 S/cm co mpared pure (10 -10 S/cm); Germaniu S/cm) Silicon -4 semiconductors. Its found be analogous existing semiconducting metals. fact is supported ample experimental characterizat ion evidences.
