摘要: We proposed the first application of an electrophoretically mediated microanalysis (EMMA) method for fast online discrimination and determination substrate enantiomers, which was achieved by just one EMMA assay. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)-catalyzed reaction studied to evaluate feasibility performance presented method.
