摘要: We proposed the first application of an electrophoretically mediated microanalysis (EMMA) method for fast online discrimination and determination substrate enantiomers, which was achieved by just one EMMA assay. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)-catalyzed reaction studied to evaluate feasibility performance presented method. The l- d-LDH chiral enzymatic reactions, are highly stereoselective lactate were initiated successively in capillary, corresponding products, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH), discriminated detected UV absorption. Excellent linear dependence two NADH peak intensities on concentration enantiomers obtained within a wide range 0.1–10 mM. limit detection 26 μM d-lactate 49 l-lactate (S/N = 3).
