摘要: Abstract This is an interim report of a study the gradual loss in United States Japanese as second language by four American children. Within this particular attrition context paper discusses significance age and original level or proficiency factors loss. The collected from children includes spontaneous conversation, oral elicitation tasks, two aural comprehension tests one writing task. These longitudinal data support hypotheses that “older better” for maintaining skills, “the more you know, less lose.”
