摘要: Class I and class II major histocompatibility (MHC) antigens are polymorphic cell surface glycoproteins which play central roles in controlling target recognition by antigen specific cytotoxic helper T cells. The molecules expressed ubiquitously and, general, involved the presentation of intracellular viral to T-lymphocytes (CTLs). On other hand, primarily on presenting cells such as macrophages B cells, where they phagocytized or internalized foreign (Zinkernagel Doherty 1979; Schwartz 1984). As a rule, exhibit an obligatory requirement corecognition MHC their own haplotype “restriction element.” Therefore, is said be “MHC restricted.”
