摘要: Sex-determining region Y box-containing genes are transcription factors with roles in multiple biological processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. have also been shown to act as regulators biomarkers the progression of many different cancers, gynecological cancers such ovarian, cervical, endometrial cancer. In this review, we summarize contrasting regulatory promotors high expression levels or suppressors low levels. Expression were identified clinical features, International Federation Gynecology Obstetrics stage, histopathologic grade together disease-free survival, treatment efficacy patients cancers. An understanding mechanisms whereby regulate will aid development novel diagnostic therapeutic strategies, while analysis help predict prognosis
