摘要: Geographic heterogeneity of cytogenetic patterns in hematological malignancies has been reported earlier, but few systematic studies abnormalities acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients are available. We examined the karyotypic 1432 de novo AML from a single center China and compared our data with reports other regions world. Chromosomal were detected 746 (58%) cases.
