摘要: Abstract Background Uterine leiomyomas are the commonest tumors of genital tract. Growth factors seem to be implicated in development leiomyoma. Objective To determine insulin receptor (IR) tyrosine kinase activity – phosphorylation exogenous substrate poly(Glu 4: Tyr 1) and 1 expression normal myometrium Study design The study group consisted 12 women with leiomyoma undergoing routine hysterectomy.
