摘要: Duloxetine is a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor that possesses antidepressant pain-relieving properties. Compared with other antidepressants, it has high affinity for both transporters, which are relatively balanced. Analgesic onset been observed within the first week of administration in randomized controlled trials likely obtained by enhancing tone descending pain inhibition pathways central nervous system. Randomized have documented significant analgesic effects managing chronic associated fibromyalgia diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain. Studies also suggested major depressive disorder can be reduced this medication.
