摘要: The objective of this study was to investigate the secretion pancreatic enzymes and antibacterial activity in weaned pigs three pure breeds, Pietrain, Duroc Polish synthetic line 990, look for eventual differences related genotype. Six male each breed, about 24 kg mean body weight, were equipped with chronic duct catheters duodenal cannulas assess juice, jugular vein blood withdrawal. Pancreatic juice collected before after morning feeding. Protein output enzyme activities revealed two distinct profiles: strong manifestation prandial phase Pietrain 990 pigs, weak Duroc. did not follow kinetics, it strongest from pigs. Postprandial insulinaemia reduced order of: 990>Pietrain>Duroc. A slight (not significant) tendency towards a reduction leptin feeding corresponded elevated plasma insulin. presented results suggest that differs according genotype, may be part release
