摘要: The adhesion of six different Lactobacillus and Lactococcus three pathogenic Escherichia Salmonella strains was studied using Caco-2 cell line. In this in vitro model system the influence weak electric field (EF) on bacterial tested. EF source reconstruction spiking potentials recorded duodenum a healthy calf during one myoelectrical migration complex (MMC) cycle. ability to adhere cells bacteria belonging two groups, Gram-positive lactobacilli lactococci, Gram-negative differed considerably. adhered better well-differentiated whereas lactococci displayed non-differentiated cells. presence MMC-related an increased but not enterica s. Enteritidis E. coli 269 observed. Two later even less EF. same tendency found pancreatic juice medium. conclusion, myoelectric component small intestinal motility, EF, may increase lactic acid GI epithelial cells, creating environmental conditions for colonization intestine competition with pathogens.
