摘要: Gastrointestinal motility disorder is a major clinical manifestation of acute liver injury, and interdigestive migrating motor complex (MMC) an important indicator. We investigated the changes characteristics MMC in rats with injury. Acute injury was created by d-galactosamine, we recorded using multichannel physiological recorder compared indexes MMC. Compared normal controls, antral Phase I duration significantly prolonged III shortened The duodenal cycle Phases IV were jejunal controls. had cycle, related mainly to longer IV, III, II characterized increased clustered contractions, which probably contributors gastrointestinal disorders.
