摘要: AbstractThe question of when to choose surgery over watchful waiting for treatment clinically localized prostate cancer is difficult. Recently, the Prostate Patient Outcomes Research Team (PORT) published a decision analysis that promoted as reasonable alternative invasive many men with prostatic carcinoma. Criticisms were leveled at itself, its structure, and especially probabilities utilities used in model.We reexamine PORT analysis.
