摘要: Abstract Five chronic schizophrenic patients refractory to drug treatment were given varying dose schedules of oral physostigmine in addition their maintenance phenothiazine medications. Marked but transient clinical improvement was seen all five patients. The time course the latency and periods seemed be dependent upon schedule utilized.
