摘要: Possible factors predisposing to the development of intraoral ulcers in immunocompromised patients with haematologic malignancies were investigated. Among 46 undergoing antineoplastic treatment, 18 developed an ulcer during prospective study. Patients or without comparable respect underlying disease, presence teeth, qualitative composition aerobic and facultatively anaerobic oral microflora, herpes simplex virus (HSV) titer positivity, a past history labialis, leukocyte thrombocyte counts, duration fever. Viral cultures from saliva revealed association between HSV ulcers. was not isolated any patient growth 11 (61 %) HSV-positive located more often on alveolar process than elsewhere cavity. Ulcers lateral borders tongue buccal mucosa found only dentate patients. Development associated increase serum patient. It is concluded that some ulcers, especially when process, are probably caused by HSV, while mechanical trauma mastication seems likely be involved pathogenesis
