摘要: In a previous work, we detected that postnatal exposure to glyphosate-based herbicide (GBH) alters uterine development in prepubertal rats causing endometrial hyperplasia and increasing cell proliferation. Our goal was determine whether low-dose of GBH during might enhance the sensitivity uterus an estrogenic treatment. Female Wistar pups were subcutaneously injected with saline solution (control) or using reference dose (2 mg/kg/day, EPA) on days (PND) 1, 3, 5, 7. At weaning (PND21), female bilaterally ovariectomized treated silastic capsules containing 17β-estradiol (E2, 1mg/ml) until they two months age. On PND60, samples removed processed for histology, immunohistochemistry mRNA extraction evaluate: i) morphology, ii) proliferation by detection Ki67, iii) expression estrogen receptors alpha (ESR1) beta (ESR2), iv) WNT7A β-catenin. GBH-exposed animals showed increased luminal epithelial height stromal nuclei density. The glandular epithelium markedly hyperplastic 43% animals. caused increase E2-induced association induction both ESR1 ESR2. treatment decreased membranous cytoplasmic β-catenin cells epithelium. These results suggest early enhances rat estradiol, induces histomorphological molecular changes associated hyperplasia.
