摘要: With continuous climatic change, droughts have begun to occur more frequently. In order for industrial sectors secure a stable supply of water during the time droughts, or maintain normal functions production lines, transfer agricultural has often been utilized. This will happen frequently as climates continue change. There is high possibility that change affect current management operations. The IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) thinks developing market by targeting reasonable distribution scarce resources one strategies resource under (IPCC, 2008). Past studies discussed amount compensation given in exchange transfer, costs lost resulting from transfer. However, few sector’s willingness pay viewpoint managing shortage risks. general, if established based farmers’ WTA information, there might be situations where inclined become an exploitation surplus transferring water. Or, benefits sacrificed exploited. It could also transaction cost would higher transfers when information provider and those need are asymmetrical, which turn efficiency distribution. study uses Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) evaluate money willing avoid risk Taiwan. We target larger areas science parks objects investigation. Interviews about (WTP) conducted factories above mentioned areas, include Hsinchu Industrial Park, Chung-Li Taichung Lin-Yuan Science Central Taiwan Tainan Park. results this show WTP abovementioned industrial/science $28NT/ton drought periods.
