Costs and benefits of railway urban logistics: a prospective social cost benefit analysis

摘要: This paper presents a general framework to assess urban rail logistics suitability via socio-economic cost benefit analysis. Firstly, we propose an overview on the basic notions of CBA and SCBA. Secondly, identify present main types costs benefits or railway services related final delivery using low emission road vehicles serve customers where systems cannot.
