Financing Urban Logistics Projects

摘要: Urban goods movement and urban logistics started to be defined as a scientific discipline 20 years ago, where several actions in research, development, policy deployment were coordinated. However, most of the innovations projects presented that field are stopped or reduced because common constraint becomes its worst enemy: financing mechanisms. Although many studies deal with logistics, only few them show difficulties at financing, but without entering detail on This chapter aims present main issues logistics. First, categories funding strategies can applied presented, focusing public-private interactions collaborations. After that, scenario assessment using cost benefit analysis framework shows different interests each category stakeholders, advantages limits investment strategies. Then, fields seem adapted collaboration terms identified commented. As conclusion, guidelines for researchers practitioners take into account decision support proposed.
