摘要: This paper describes and analysed the process of DMF application in 3 city regions Europe: City Como, Italy; Berlin, Germany; Newcastle upon-Tyne, UK. The three cities have been engaging with stakeholders to address urban freight issues via a series stakeholder workshops. Three separate matrices completed which demonstrated different preferences clean solutions. Como is targeting vehicle access regime an consolidation centre as their strategic outcome while Berlin embracing political support, market conditioning technology solutions (vehicle IT solutions) strategies. In upon-Tyne coherent strategy deliver sustainable University campus utilises delivery servicing plan, new procurement approaches, potential use centre.
