摘要: Recent studies indicate that altered lysosomal function may be involved in the early stages of pancreatic injury. Chronic consumption ethanol has been shown to increase rat fragility. Fatty acid ethyl esters (nonoxidative products metabolism) accumulate pancreas after consumption. The aim this study was determine whether fragility observed could mediated by fatty esters. Rat lysosomes were incubated for 20 minutes at degrees C with oleate (a representative ester). Lysosomal stability then assessed determination (1) latency (i.e., percent enzyme activity addition Triton X-100) and (2) supernatant proportion remaining resedimentation lysosomes). N-acetyl glucosaminidase cathepsin B assayed as marker enzymes. Lysosomes buffer alone used controls. Ethyl concentrations above 140 mumol/L increased demonstrated decreased latency. Increased percentage higher concentrations. These results suggest
