摘要: Les cel·lules de Sertoli (CS) participen en el desenvolupament del testicle fetal i manteniment fisic metabolic l'espermatogenesi a partir la pubertat. CS fetals maduren a CS adultes s'han descrit diversos marcadors que son utils per identificar-ne l'estat maduratiu. La diferenciacio les esta regulada FSH, els androgens, hormones tiroidals diversos peptids reguladors creixement. El factor creixement insulinic tipus 1 (IGF-1) afavoreix proliferacio immadures contribueix envers un fenotip adult. lesions testiculars induides criptorquidia experimental rata desencadenen una forta regulacio positiva dels receptors d'IGF-1 pubertat, mentre que en testicles normals s'expressen poc. En homes adults, tambe mostren sobreexpressio en criptorquidics, altres d'origen divers. nombre de es correlaciona amb nombre d'espermatogonies d'espermatides madures (r = –0,515, p < 0,001). contrast, bloqueig maduratiu tenen nivells similars als normals. Proposem podrien ser considerats de maduracio CS, sensibles alteracions tubulars parcials perdua l'epiteli germinal i fenomens inicials desdiferenciacio.
