摘要: The establishment of appropriate connectivity in the developing nervous system depends on many molecular guidance cues. A key method for studying response nerve fibers to such cues is culture explants neural tissue three-dimensional collagen gels. Here we introduce a more sophisticated characterizing explants, based fitting an ellipse pattern outgrowth.
