摘要: Publisher Summary An evaluation of lymphocyte function in vitro includes a measurement the proliferative response to mitogens and antigens one or more mediators. The methods that detect activation include cellular proliferation DNA synthesis, elaboration biologically active mediators lymphokines, direct lymphocyte-mediated cytotoxicity. This chapter describes several assay systems are employed at present production When lymphocytes stimulated by mitogens, such as phytohemagglutinin (PHA) concanavalin A (Con A), well antigens, PPD, Candida, SK-SD, they release variety materials. These factors affect number cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, basophils, eosinophils, lymphocytes, other cell types. lymphoid cells after immunologically specific stimulation may serve means communication between sensitized involved immune reaction.
