摘要: Since the term "lymphokine" first appeared in print over 20 years ago, a tremendous number of these soluble mediators immune system have been described. Within past few years, many human nonspecific suppressive lymphokines identified. This review discusses historical basis immunologic suppression and suppressor factors. Later reports describing are then grouped into four categories: primarily stimulatory that also mediate certain activities, produced during altered states immunity, Iymphokines by exogenously stimulated lymphocytes, unstimulated lymphocytes. Recent work I involved focusing on lymphokine factor (SSF) is discussed.
