摘要: The aim of this study was to analyze the antioxidant properties Lycii folium extracts prepared from different solvents. were extracted with water, 80% ethanol (80% EtOH), methanol MeOH) and 100% (100% in water bath at 40℃. activity evaluated using DPPH, hydroxyl hydrogen radical scavenging activities, SOD-liked activity. Total phenolic acid contents 1.085 ㎎/mL MeOH, 1.382 EtOH, 1.420 MeOH 1.084 water. DPPH 65.60% 56.80% 83.85% 54.65% Hydroxyl activities 66.65% 73.13% ethanol, 73.58% 70.73% Hydrogen 11.70% 33.73% 35.40% 23.86% 71.58% 74.29% 88.46% 67.47% Our result showed that found be promising biomaterials effects.
