摘要: Endoscopic septoplasty is an attractive alternative to traditional “headlight” approaches septoplasty. The primary advantage of the technique ability reduce morbidity and postoperative swelling in isolated septal deviations by limiting dissection area deviation. This markedly extent subperichondrial particularly valuable patients who have undergone prior cartilage resection. Other advantages include improved visualization, posterior deformities; surgical transition between sinus surgery; its use as effective teaching tool. We present our experience with endoscopic a series 111 patients. Surgical indications, technique, complications are discussed.
