摘要: Nonstructural proteins 2C, 3CD, 3C, and 3D, the cellular protein actin, are present in highly purified preparations of foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) poliovirus. They remain bound variable amounts to RNAs when extracted from viruses with phenol or phenol-sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and, for FMDV, RNA is released particles by a lowering pH below 7. prepared these methods rapidly degraded at 37 degrees C, particularly presence NH4+ ions, but hydrolysis can be prevented antibody against Escherichia coli-expressed indicating that it polymerase has nuclease activity. In contrast, virion which nonstructural actin have been removed extraction guanidine thiocyanate-phenol-chloroform proteinase K-phenol stable although its specific infectivity lower than phenol-SDS. The possible implications close association replication complex discussed.
