摘要: Abstract Rough membranes obtained from poliovirus-infected HeLa cells have the capacity to assemble 14 S particles into 73 empty capsids in vitro . A corresponding fraction uninfected did not possess this activity. When labeled were incubated with smooth infected cells, a significant amount of radioactivity sedimented as heterogeneous material 30–70 region gradient. Sucrose gradient analysis C-labeled rough and membrane fractions lysed deoxycholate (DOC) demonstrated presence particles, capsids, 110 structure fraction. These structures found only trace amounts In absence DOC treatment, no any fractions.
