摘要: Members of the human heat shock (HSP) family related proteins are involved in intracellular folding, transport, and assembly protein complexes. We have observed that 70 (HSP70) is associated with capsid precursor P1 poliovirus coxsackievirus B1 infected HeLa cells. Antiserum generated against HSP70 coimmunoprecipitated P1, an intermediate assembly. Similarly, alpha-virion serum from virus-infected cell extracts, but not mock-infected extracts. The HSP70-P1 complex was stable high-salt medium sensitive to incubation 2 mM ATP, which a characteristic other known functional complexes between cellular proteins. predominantly newly synthesized, half-life complexed nearly twice as long total P1. found sediment at 3S 6S, suggesting it may be part of, or to, "5S promoter particles" thought picornaviruses. finding precursors least two enteroviruses suggest role these viral life cycles.
