摘要: Embryonic stem cells (ES) were injected into host blastocysts either in groups of 10–15 or as single order to test their developmental potential the developing embryo. The analysis midgestation chimaeras, by electrophoretic separation glucose phosphate isomerase (GPI) isozymes, showed that ES capable colonizing trophectoderm and primitive endoderm derivatives at a low frequency, well producing high rate chimaerism tissues fetus extraembryonic mesoderm.
