摘要: Abstract The prostaglandins comprise an important and unique group of naturally occurring biological regulators. These substances are currently being widely used for the induction labor termination pregnancy. effects prostaglandin F 2α on pregnancy fetal development were investigated in Swiss-Webster mice. Prostaglandin induced a significantly high incidence intrauterine deaths resorptions, but no developmental defects. toxicity substance depended route administration day treatment during gestation. Fetal growth was not affected.
