摘要: A comparative study was made on the fate of linoleic, arachidonic, and docosa-7,10,13,16-tetraenoic acids in various subcellular fractions liver testis from rats different ages. It demonstrated that testicular microsomes can desaturate elongate linoleic arachidonic a manner similar to microsomes, mitochondria convert acid acid. Testicular or actively γ-linolenic eicosa-8,11,14-trienoic However, it impossible measure vitro any direct conversion adrenic (22:4 [n – 6]) docosapentaenoic (22: 5 by either microsomes. Docosa-7,10,13,16-tetraenoic is incorporated preferentially into triglyceride fraction total testis, mitochondria, while are more phospholipids. The capacity but not synthesize polyunsaturated fatty declines with age. proposed synthesis family proceeds two stages, rapid one which second, slower, C22 C24 synthesized. In addition, there appears be cycle between acts conserve essential C20 means partial degradation, respectively. This would restrict loss might importance for supply under specific requirements especially older animals.
