摘要: Several viruses have been identified in recent years the intestinal contents of chickens and turkeys with enteric problems, which observed commercial farms worldwide, including Brazil. Molecular detection these Brazil can transform to a big threat for poultry production due risk integrity. This disease is characterized by severely delayed growth, low uniformity, lethargy, watery diarrhea, feed consumption, decreased conversion rate. Chicken astrovirus (CAstV), rotavirus, reovirus, chicken parvovirus (ChPV), fowl adenovirus subgroup I (FAdV-1), avian nephritis virus (ANV) were investigated using conventional polymerase chain reaction (PCR) reverse transcription (RT-PCR). In addition, infectious bronchitis (IBV), may play role disease, was included. The most frequently detected, either alone or concomitance other viruses, IBV, ANV, CAstV followed parvovirus, adenovirus. study demonstrates diversity Brazilian flocks presenting problems growth retard, loss weight, mortality, reflects multicausal etiology this disease.
