摘要: Abstract Ubidecarenone, which has low photostability and is poorly absorbed in the intestine, was formulated into a novel powdered dosage form designated as redispersible dry emulsion. In preparing system, an oily solution containing drug colorant emulsified aqueous of surfactant (Pluronic F-68) were spray-dried with suitable excipient. The resultant emulsion particles have good flow properties readily release droplets to stable emulsions on rehydration. redispersibility, i.e., conversion original from form, found be closely related viscosity carrier. dissolved carriers much improved presence colorants. kinetics data for photolytic degradation particle analyzed clarify effect amount excipient particle.
