摘要: Obesity and insulin resistance have reached epidemic proportions. Obesogenic conditions are associated with increased risk for the development of other comorbidities obesity-related diseases. In metabolic disorders, there is chronic low-grade inflammation induced by activation immune cells, especially in relevant organs such as white adipose tissue (WAT). These cells regulated environmental systemic cues. Ghrelin a peptide secreted mainly X/A-like gastric acts through growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R). This broadly expressed central nervous system (CNS) several cell types, including cells. Studies show that ghrelin induces an orexigenic state, increasing evidence implicating immunoregulatory role ghrelin. on innate adaptive systems to suppress induce anti-inflammatory profile. this review, we discuss roles ghrelin, mechanisms which potential pharmacological applications treatment obesity-associated inflammatory diseases, type 2 diabetes (T2D).
