摘要: Can remotely sensed imagery improve hedonic land price models? A variable was added to a farmland value model as proxy for productivity. Land cover data were used obtain urban and recreational effects well. The statistically significant but economically small. productivity large, indicating that knowing the "greenness" of increased explanatory power model. Thus, depending upon cost this information, including in traditional models is beneficial.
