摘要: Several lines of evidence suggest that apoptosis dysregulation plays an important role in cancer metastasis. In this study, to explore the possibility mutations death receptors are involved metastasis mechanism, we analyzed domains Fas and tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand-receptor 1 -2 ( TRAIL-R1 - R2 ) genes for detection somatic 57 breast cancers with n = 34) or without 23) regional lymph nodes. We found seven (three four TRAIL-R2 mutations), these were detected only Furthermore, also allelic losses chromosome 8p21–22, where reside same series cancers, significantly higher metastatic cancers. expressed tumor-derived mutants 293 cells was suppressed. These data relevant frequent loss 8p21–22 inactivating play a cancer.
