Current concepts of instep island flap.

摘要: The durability of the instep island flap and sequelae donor site were assessed. average follow-up period for 13 patients was 3 years 8 months. Flaps provided permanent durable reconstruction heel, if there no scar in preoperatively. with or free skin graft showed hyperkeratosis fissure after transfer to heel. Accordingly, conservative treatment, special shoes, other surgical procedures should be considered these patients. All flaps that transferred as sensory preserved light-touch cutaneous sensitivity static 2-point discrimination within a measurable range. due elevation tenderness bifurcation superficial branches from common digital nerves disturbance forefoot. Indications techniques are discussed.
