摘要: Abstract By X-ray analysis of demissidine hydroiodide the stereochemistry indolizidine skeleton solanidanes has been determined. Thus all natural solanidane alkaloids demissidine, solanidine, leptinidine, rubijervine, isorubijervine, and veralobine are proven to posses (22R:NS)-configuration, whereas so-called 22-iso-solanidanes have (22S:NS)-configuration. According chemical transformations absolute configuration known stereoisomeric 22,26-imino-cholestanes at C-22 is also given: for example tetrahydrosolasodine A possesses (22S)- dihydrotomatidine B (22R)-configuration, respectively.
