摘要: Bioassay-guided fractionation of the chloroform extract Byrsonima fagifolia leaves led to isolation active antitubercular compounds alkane dotriacontane (Minimal Inhibitory Concentration—MIC, 62.5 μg mL−1), triterpenoids as bassic acid (MIC = 2.5 μg mL−1), α-amyrin acetate a mixture lupeol, α- and β-amyrin 31.5 μg mL−1) acetates 31.5 μg mL−1). The antimycobacterial activity was determined by Microplate Alamar Blue Assay (MABA) structures promising were spectroscopic analysis. This investigation constitutes first report chemical study apolar from B. Niedenzu (IK).
