摘要: Thioglycolate-induces peritoneal macrophages from melanoma-bearing mice (immune macrophages) or control (control were cultured with syngeneic melanoma cells (P51) to determine the surface characteristics of effector during interaction and destruction target cells. After a short culture period (3 hours), immune had extensive connections via filopodia ruffled membranes surfaces cells; did not exhibit same behavior. A dense region in cytoplasm immediately beneath macrophage plasmalemma was observed at point contact tumor cell. With longer periods (24 began phagocytosis macrophages, however, more fine filopodial cytostatic than controls. These observations indicate that one initial mechanisms cell contact-induced lysis, playing minor part.
