摘要: The influence of dietary fat concentration and saturation on blastogenesis, cytotoxicity, antibody response fatty acid composition murine splenic lymphocytes was studied. Blastogenesis from dietarily manipulated mice in to alloantigens control significantly greater for those fed a diet containing minimal essential acids (EFA) as the only source (EFA control) than an EFA-deficient diet. When increased, blastogenic responses decreased compared EFA Lymphocyte-mediated cytotoxicity against allogeneic melanoma cells receiving diets with deficient EFA. However, additional polyunsaturated (PUF) whereas saturated (SF) when 8%. As control, direct plaqueforming cell (PFC) high levels PUF increased SF; however, no difference percentage IgM-positive observed. These changes PFC were inversely related linoleic lymphocyte. Thus, fat, particularly PUF, suppress lymphocyte functions requirements are met, low intensify these responses. deficiency, suppresses some lipids differentially modulate T- B-cell responsiveness.
