摘要: Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) is a noninvasive technique for assessing cerebral hemodynamic variables and oxidative status in the neonatal intensive care setting. It can be performed extended periods of time at bedside without interfering with routine patient care. MRS appears to have ability not only assess relative changes oxygenated deoxygenated hemoglobin, total cytochrome aa3, but it also produce estimates blood volume flow. Research data document significant these activity clinical interventions both premature term infants. may evolve into an important diagnostic prognostic tool neurologic outcome.
