摘要: ABSTRACTInactivation path of voltage gated sodium channel has been studied here under various protocols as it is the main governing factor for periodic occurrence and shape action potential. These actually serve non-equilibrium response spectroscopic tools to study ion in environment. In contrast a lot effort finding crystal structure based molecular mechanism closed-state(CSI) open-state inactivation(OSI); our approach understand dynamical characterization inactivation.
