摘要: PKCs have been implicated in the regulation of cellular differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis and signal transduction. It was demonstrated this study that PKCα located both at mitochondria cytosol gastric cancer cell line BGC-823. Treatment cells with 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA) resulted translocation from to nucleus as clearly shown by laserscanningconfocal microscopy, while protein level not changed TPA treatment detected Western blot. The results also revealed TPA-induced close association induction, such further affirmed other experiments where various apoptotic stimuli specific inhibitors PKC were used. Taken together, these findings indicate is accompanied induction apoptosis, may imply a new mechanism potential linking between translocation.
