摘要: A femtosecond figure of eight fibre laser has been constructed incorporating a dispersion decreasing (tapered) within the nonlinear loop to give rise intensity (phase) dependent switching and adiabatic compression. With system optimisation, it should be possible achieve operation without spectral sideband generation.
