摘要: Total endoscopic thyroidectomy (TET) is paid increasing attention to by patients, especially those with thyroid carcinoma. The aim of this study evaluate the clinic feasibility standardization simple auxiliary method (SOSAM) involved in operating bed adjustment, location skin traction points and retractor for TET via bilateral breast approach. A retrospective was performed on 356 patients carcinoma, who had undergone TET. Patients were divided into Group (with SOSAM) B (without SOSAM). This compares surgical outcome parameters between two groups, including total operative time, hemorrhage volume during operation, postoperative hospitalization days, numbers dissecting metastatic lymph nodes, complication. days significantly lower than (P   0.05), Meanwhile, there no incision site infection, air embolism, flap injury occurred both groups. clinical application SOSAM can effectively decrease time operation. Moreover, it be used a wider range popularization improve effect thyroidectomy.
